How a Borrowing Session Works

  1. Enter the TL building
  2. If you have toys to return – approach the Toy Returns desk
  3. If there are any issues, please tell the volunteer – If not done so when you borrowed them initially
  4. Toys will be counted and checked
  5. You can then start browsing for new toys!
  6. Ask for help and suggestions if needed – Our Lead Volunteers are very knowledgeable about the toys in our collection.
  7. Bring the toys you want to the Toy Loans desk
  8. Once they are registered against your account you are free to play!

Remember to check your toys once you get home and advise us by email or Facebook message if there are any issues within 24 hours.
